About leaf lives africa
LEAF- LIVES AFRICA was founded in 2021, driven by a vision to counteract the effects of COVID-19 that left many homes in despair by shaking the global economy, resulting in environmental. The pandemic left many families in poverty, hunger, and the world’s environmental management practices in recovery phase. Hunger was at its peak and many African homes survived on a daily bread with no emergency income to sustain them. Poverty followed the pandemic in many communities as there was no source of income for many homes of people who lost jobs. The increase in high medical bills which could not be catered for by the poor communities, led to loss of lives. The program was envisioned to support communities by building resilience to such shocks.
